Matt is the Head of Brand Engagement Strategy at Engine Creative.
He leads a team of over 20 digital creative planners, data, comms, social media and influencer specialists. He also leads the data and Performance Marketing offer at Engine working closely with EMX, our global digital advertising marketplace.
At Engine he has focused on leading strategically on projects to change behaviour with digital comms - from recruiting more BAME and female young people to the RAF, to leading our work for the ECB to launch The Hundred to new audiences, increasing playing behaviour for Candy Crush and helping My Little Pony appeal to dads and boys as much as it does to mums and girls.
