Matt has over 20 years’ experience leading design teams at some of London’s top agencies.

During a 9-year spell at DDB, Matt oversaw numerous large multi-channel campaigns for clients like Budweiser, Guinness, Volkswagen and Virgin Media, managing teams of up to 30 designers across all disciplines – 2D and 3D Motion, Editorial, OOH, TV and Digital.

On Volkswagen Matt was responsible for all digital visual output. From banners to digital products, from experiential to 3D modelling, ensuring everything was pixel perfect and built like a VW.

Working on Virgin Media Matt managed a design team producing thousands of ads where brand consistency and detail had to be delivered at speed and volume.

Later Matt built and managed design teams at Mullen Lowe Profero, AnalogFolk and Rehab Studios working across a diverse range of clients including Google, HSBC, Primark, M&S, Nike, Costa and Adidas.
