Over almost 15 years, Dulcie has specialised in marketing, strategy and brand innovation with a pre-consulting background in media and marketing. She’s focussed on helping organisations tackle their most pressing challenges, identifying and framing opportunities for growth and realising them through the design, development and launch of new killer business propositions, products and services.
Her work isn’t just in the agency world, Dulcie has spent time leading change from the inside of a UK challenger bank. So she knows what happens when brand theory, meets organisational reality. She has worked with a wide array of blue-chip companies across a variety of sectors, and has lead major proposition programmes with Virgin Money, American Express, Lloyds, and Npower amongst others.
