Next 15 is acquiring Engine Group in the UK.

The Engine Group UK is delighted to announce it is being acquired in its entirety by tech and data-driven growth consultancy, Next Fifteen Communications Group plc. Following the sale, Engine Creative, Engine Transformation and MHP Mischief will operate with a new level of independence, benefit from significant investment, and continue to build on 5 consecutive quarters of growth.

AIM-listed Next 15, with a market cap of over £1bn, has a strong track record of both creating and acquiring high performance businesses and allowing them to take advantage of the Group’s global infrastructure to accelerate their growth.

Emma Robertson and Alex Bigg will continue to lead Engine Transformation and MHP Mischief, respectively. Phil Fearnley will become the new CEO for Engine Creative and continues to be CEO for ODD, an existing Next 15 creative agency focused on fashion, retail and lifestyle brands. Engine Creative and ODD will ultimately merge.

Tim Dyson, CEO said: “We’re delighted to have Engine Group UK join Next 15 - a hugely successful and admired business with an impressive track record of growth in its own right.

With Engine’s exceptional talent, combined with our approach to investment and support, we look forward to securing a very bright future for Engine’s clients, people and work.”
