What is the role?

 

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end client projects.

You will manage the client directly, building relationships and driving the project from inception and requirements definition through to delivery.  

You will collaborate closely with clients as well as internal Strategy, Design and Experience Design teams, ensuring teamwork between all parties.

You will find creative solutions to problems and ensure that we are delivering projects on time and on budget.

 

What do you do, day to day?

  • Gather accurate requirements to enable you to scope and plan a project from receipt of the brief.
  • Work with leads to accurately plan and estimate the project.
  • Produce documentation such as SOW (Statements of Work), budgets and timing plans.
  • Independently lead the cross functional project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the main point of contact for the client day to day.
  • Proactively identify risks and identify mitigations.
  • Run weekly timesheet reports to monitor burn and forecast project costs to the end of the project. Ensure the team are regularly completing timesheets and chase up missing time.
  • Provide weekly status updates to the client.
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Support the Delivery Director with tasks as required.

What experience and skills do you have?

  • Experience working as a Project Manager within a Digital Marketing agency.
  • Proven project management experience working on both digital marketing communications projects as well as UX, design & build.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects of varying difficulties.
  • Solid financial control of budget and reconciliations for projects.
  • Polished client management skills.
  • Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including strategy, creative, design and production.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional administration skills and flawless attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute to the development of execution of creative work.
  • Client facing with ownership of any production matters.
