We have several Inclusion Networks including Engine LGBT+, Working Parents & Parents to Be, NeuroNetwork, BeyondHer, Vintage Engine and Women Leaders, all of which work to promote diversity and create an inclusive environment for all working closely with our Representation, Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Our mental health and wellbeing programme runs throughout the year. Activities range from fitness programmes to comedy sessions to access to a team of fully trained mental health first aiders. We also actively take part in national wellbeing campaigns such as Stress Awareness Month, World Sleep day and Mental Health awareness week that are all designed to encourage positive changes that can help you work and play!

We are ISO 14001 certified, ESOS compliant and soon to be SECR compliant. We actively monitor and reduce CO2 emissions; our electricity is 100% renewable, and of course we recycle and push reduction of single use items. There is always more we can do, and our future plans will ensure we are doing everything we can to protect our environment.
We also seek-out charitable organisations that support our wider sustainability agenda, whether focused on supporting local communities, creating opportunities for people from a lower socioeconomic background to work in the industry or helping the environment and reducing CO2 emissions.
