As CMO of Engine UK, Richard is responsible for showcasing the group’s unique collaborative model to existing and potential new clients.
A multi-discipline expert, Richard has spent the last seven years as Business Development Director for Leo Burnett’s integrated marketing practice, Arc Worldwide. In his last year he was also Head of Brand Experience at Leo Burnett as well as maintaining a key role in driving new business across the agency’s practices. During his tenure, he was instrumental in helping Arc become MAA and IPM agency of the year.
Richard is a board member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), a former chair of the Brand Activation council and is a regular judge at the MAA, DMA and IPM awards.
Away from work, Richard spends his time watching and playing sport with his family in Brighton.
